General Terms

▪ You acknowledge that I am a digital illustrator and the work you commission from me is digital only.
▪ I am able to post your commissioned artwork in public platorms unless stated by the client.
▪ I reserve the right to decline your commission request for any reason.
▪ Please give me credit as the artist by tagging me on my socials when reposting my work.

PAYMENT INFO

▪ Payments will be sent via a Wave Invoice - where the client can pay directly via:
-credit card, online banking, or Paypal (if requested).
▪ E-transfer is acceptable IF you reside in Canada, but please note this under Details of Commission when you fill out your order. (i.e. add Payment via e-transfer)
▪ Clients from Canada may be subject to +5% GST of total
▪ If you want to jump the queue, there is a RUSH fee available (see TIME FRAME) below
▪ No refunds after commission has started.

PROCESS

▪ Complete the order form and wait for my confirmation
▪ Upon confirmation, you will recieve an email with the Wave Invoice for payment details
▪ Sketching will start AFTER payment is done
▪ INTIAL SKETCH
- ANY edits CAN be made at until draft is approved
▪ LINEART
- Edits at this stage will be subject to additional fees
▪ FLAT COLOUR
- Changes to colour can be made with no + cost
▪ RENDERING
- Final piece is sent for approvalSKETCH → OUTLINE → FLAT COLOUR → RENDERED → COMPLETE

TIME FRAME

▪ Commissions can take 3-6 weeks, and may vary.
I will always communicate if there is a delay.
▪ If a hard deadline is required, please inform me on your order form.

(A) 2 week deadline ➔ x1.5 price

TERMS OF USE & COMMERCIAL

Profitable/Commercial ➔ 200% of total price
Request for RAW PSD file ➔ 100% of total price▪ Please do not trace or edit my work.
▪ All commissioned artwork is able to be displayed on my social media platforms and website.
▪ While not required, for any commissioned stream art - I would appreciate a credit as the artist ♡

REFUND/CANCELLATION

▪ Commissions are non-refundable once completed
▪ No refunds, chargebacks or cancellations will be allowed after the commission has started.
UNLESS I am personally unable to complete your order.

▪In an event where the client is verbally inappropriate or non-cooperative:Commission has not started → 100% refund and blacklisted
